1996 Hot Wheels Promotional Exclusive Series - Volkswagen Drag Bus [Mail-In Promo]

Casting: Volkswagen T1 Drag Bus
Condition: Case Fresh/Near Mint to Mint (NM/M). Crisp, sealed display box.
INFO: In the mid 90's, Mattel partnered up directly with the legendary automotive parts catalog giants JC Whitney & Warsharsky to create an exclusive mail-order promotional casting. To get your hands on one, you would have had to flip to the very back page of a physical JC Whitney or Warshawsky mail-order catalog in late 1996. Tucked next to the engine gaskets and chrome exhaust tips was a small order code block for this limited-edition Hot Wheels casting. You then would have to fill out a paper order form by hand, write a check, and mail the envelope to Mattel.
Shipping: Next day fulfillment. Shipped securely inside an individual poly bag, packed inside a reinforced box to ensure pristine product reaches your collector archive.
